After a successful treatment with fertility drugs, Frank (John Ryan) and Lenore (Sharon Farrell) eagerly await the arrival of their second child. When Lenore goes into labor, their baby is revealed to be a deformed and monstrous mutant, which quickly kills the nurses and doctors and escapes into the night. As the baby goes on a killing spree, and a pharmaceutical company seeks to cover up the scandal, Frank and Lenore debate whether to protect or eliminate their deadly offspring.
